Many workplace disputes involve underlying trauma, including combat‑related PTSD and other mental‑health conditions. We are comfortable working with people and their emotions; and maintaining a safe, respectful process.

  Having worked inside a major federal agency, Christian understands how HR, counsel, and line managers see these cases.
